Mohsin khan ko layenge toh obvious replace him hoga na .. but they can get him as an cameo for 3-4 weeks .. a mentor .. doctor who works with Sai on an interesting case .. a visiting doctor .. they interact n. Flirt a lot but in the end he leaves as a good friend

Not possible. They were too insecure to make characters like ajinkya, aniket to stay longer. They know no one will give attention to virat the so called ml if they bring good actor for sai even for a week. Ml promoted sairat the next day of new ml trend. That much he is insecure about his position.
