Maybe Sushant's soul simply can't get peace... maybe he indeed was murdered and those involved in the murder were enabled to cover it up and/or the respective departments didn't use their competence in the right way...

As for the man who now fuelled the murder-theory, I very much wonder why exactly it was now that he comes out in the open... nevertheless, 'only' being a mortuary servant doesn't mean that he hasn't enough experience to get a reasonable doubt concerning the suicide verdict.
