Maya was a widely liked and respected member. She rarely got into fights or petty forum politics. She had her opinions and expressed them well. She couldn't be knackered to wage wars or DM people over vendettas.
FOD seems to be a widely disliked troublemaker. It seems that FOD often got into arguments and scrapes. She (?) had very strong opinions and sometimes tended to be abrasive. If things didn't go her (?) way she would instigate and DM folks. [I must admit that my personal experience with FOD has been positive and cordial. I hold no grudges or ill will. But I am well aware of the forum sentiment.]
I doubt the two are the same. But perhaps members with stronger spidey sense who can sniff out MIDs like drug dogs could confirm or deny.

Absolutely not. Maya was neutral and level headed. She never really had any favorites. Also, Maya and FOD have completely different writing styles. I can identify FOD in my sleep, I think most people on here can.
