They keep everything as it is but after leap they show abhira separated and akshu twins survive but during birth one twin gets kidnapped! Plot twist arhu has miscarriage and fakes pregnancy again but to keep her status she buys a baby from her several criminal doctor friends and that baby turns out to be one of the twins!
