Brainwave brainwave brainwave! I'm just putting it out there so if any idiot writers want to take inspiration they can! They keep everything as it is but after leap they show abhira separated and akshu twins survive but during birth one twin gets kidnapped! Plot twist arhu has miscarriage and fakes pregnancy again but to keep her status she buys a baby from her several criminal doctor friends and that baby turns out to be one of the twins! So in reality abhi got at least one twin and akshu one twin...then later abhira and everyone finds out arhus khands... I don't know if I'm making sense! But please feel free to share on twitter too on my behalf! So it's out there orbiting the universe!!!

When it’s this early the bleeding will be just like a period - I don’t think more than that. Will an D&C be needed? Maybe the many doctors in this forum can help answer. And water breaking leaking will occur in more advanced stage of pregnancy I suppose. Akshara is not even showing at this point- so I suppose bleeding from the womb may not be physically visible?

But this gynecologist alway gives bad news- I won’t be surprised if the children make it. But Ak would have left Abhi by then believing that she is is a curse for everyone- she killed Sirat, Neel and her babies. I also hope the ultrasound machine needs servicing or is not working.

I hate this mc business. My heart dived 22 feet down when I heard she lost the babies.

As for Abhi marrying Aarohi for the baby - I won’t put it past Manjari for trying but Abhi will leave Aarohi at the altar again.
