No I don't think so Mallika will act like a major catalyst to separate Nehkam because today when Renuka told Ekam to get married,

Then Mallika was worried, so she won't separate Nehkam but she will surely unite Nehkam.

Advait is on the verge of losing his career that he has worked hard for.

Nehmat just lost her identity. These are two very broken people. Only difference is Nehmat doesn't take it out on anyone.

I'll take romantic heartbreak over losing my career and my identity.

In fact, Ekam has been the luckiest so far. As in only a romantic heartbreak. He hasn't lost his career or his identity. I'm hoping this heartbreak makes him stronger and not a loser who was thinking about suicide.
