I agree that showing Sai wanting V to stop her was not really needed because they didn't dwell on it long enough for everyone to figure it out. It should have been skipped or been explained more so that it was more clear what her issue was.

but i watched that scene a couple of times to re-evaluate and I'm fully convinced that she wasn't doing it with any romantic intent or the yearning of "please stop me and ask me to be in your life etc." The expressions of Ayesha show pain, awkwardness, restlessness and when V stops her shes hopeful but without any softness that she had when she was in love. My assessment is that she had hoped he'd at least namesake acknowledge that whatever kaand happened is not Sai's fault and his and Ps fault and that she was right about her assessment of the situation and P from get go. And she was hoping perhaps for a Thank you for beimg mature, understanding and for taking the initiative to fix things as much as possible.. I think shes upset that the way in which reacted by token asking for reason but very easily accepting resignation means that he also thinks everything happening is Sai's fault and that upsets her because he's the one who had given pravachan about farz and all. Similarly he claimed Vinu Savi in one school is no big deal despite what Sai said. Shes upset that he has the audacity to be so callous with her when she has only been understanding and shes always been right. Whereas V is arrogant despite being proven wrong. When you only give /do good to others but get nothing in return even as q courtesy it definitely makes you wonder why and makes you angry. That's the emotion I saw.

But i dont think her "expectations" from V here can be compared to what P used to have of V when Sai V were married. P was shown as explicitly wanting him to leave Sai and have an affair with her. Outright immoral.

And Comparing Sai to P is harsh and really unfair imo because neither is the equation same nor are the reactions.

But i do hope Sai isn't shown wanting or accepting a reconciliation with V in the end.

For me pheras have nothing to do between virakhi as iritate chawan will again fail to keep the Bharosa of his Pakhi.

And I compared similarity of sai & pakhi feelings for virat not their intentions.

There is no change in their relationships too. Virat loved pakhi, promised her celibacy, but moved on with sai infront of her.

Same way virat loved sai, promised her love but choosed pakhi, moved on with her infront of her. She already saw enough intimacy (both physical & emotional) of virakhi.

Common point is sai having hopes from virat who is other woman's husband just like pakhi used to have hopes from virat when he was sai's husband.

And I clearly mentioned the difference too. That sai will feel sad but pakhi choosed wrong methods to get his attention.

Most importantly sai having hopes from him to stop her just after getting insulted by him for nth time is beyond logical.
