You need to obtain a non objection certificate from the current owners then you need to go to the municipal office if it’s a municipal land then there’s an inspection like they come and take measurements and check other things then they sign on it then you go to the registry office and get it registered with a new sale deed 🤪 (a new sale deed is made by an attorney/advocate)
