Jitna time andar hai utna kama raha hai (willingly), warna ata hi nahi show pe.

Fans ka ego hurt hota hai aur kuch nahi. I want my fav to quit this show, he/she deserves better, will get better opportunities, yada yada. Bhai they are (mostly) elder and wiser than you and know about the situation they are in better than you. If they are doing something...it's coz they want to do so. They are more knowledgeable about the contract and clauses than fans. Nikalna hai toh dimaag laga kar nikal jayenge. Kar rahe hai coz they know they have to earn somehow.

P.S. not directed at a particular person or fandom. This is applies to every fan who stans a celebrity.
