Just to add a different perspective to this whole rohit v hitesh discussion, popularity or not, rohit definitely has the most diverse and impressive portfolio of work from the two actors. He has played grey-negative role in star plus' dil toh happy hai ji and he played a major main lead role of alexander the great in the critically well received and major tv series porus. I have seen his previous work before that too in the popular star plus crime show arjun.

I have seen hitesh in choti sardarni and took a look to see what other shows he has done in past. Hitesh wasn't even the actual lead in choti sardarni even if it was a popular show and other than that he has not done any other significant work or diverse roles that stick out. In fact both the actors haven't really played leads in major trp toppers but if we look at the quality of work, diversity of roles they have both done and who has done more bigger roles/ lead roles, it is rohit who comes out on top.

Rohit played major lead roles in the historical shows Porus and Razia Sulta, Porus having been a very well received show especially even if it wasn't a major trp topper as usually tends to be the case with sony shows that get average ratings but are better quality than most of tv and Porus was very popular at the time it was on air. I saw him last where he played main negative role in star plus' dil toh happy hai ji as a lawyer. And he played a lead role of doctor in sony tv's dhadkan more recent too. Rohit has had far more lead roles and has experimented more with his roles.

Out of the two Rohit is the more established actor for sure and the stronger actor too.

Hitesh and Ankit are more recent because they just latest shows have just finished while rohit and kvg are more older established and popular . Both rohit and kvg had famous popular shows in which they were lead or parallel lead villian in different channel . While Ankit and Hitesh are more in public eye currently but they are not popular then kvg or rohit . If let's say Ankit didn't get a decently popular show next they'd fade .

I will differ a bit regarding Ankit here.

He started off ok but in the Middle there was a pretty downward curve in his acting, maybe because he had a tough time justifying the script to himself. But thankfully he improved later.

Comparatively he ended well, though I hope to see him in more shows so that he can improve. From Parth in Sadda Haq to Fateh in Udariyaan, he has improved definitely but has miles to go.

Not sure if it’s true but saw on YT that Advait and Nehmat are going to have a huge fight blaming each other on the first night!!

The EMA track, his performance was mediocre at best. You could see him struggling to stay true to the character. I wasn’t impressed either but than it was a pretty nasty track.
