The OG song has 'kisi ka pyaar leke tum ... Naya jahaan basaoge'... Sai in Ghum sings it as 'banaoge'.
There's a difference between Basana and Banana.
Our experts can decode but I don't think it was a blooper. Ayesha's lips move as 'basaoge'.
My interpretation is she is taunting/teasing P and V... that they are trying to 'put together' a jahaan for themselves... but it's not 'created' by them. It's someone else's jahaan. Hers!!!

Moor today's episode had so many undercurrents-
Songs you interpreted right...they tweaked from original lyrics. P was right in her choice but V didn't care nor did he today. V was looking at Sai only with his hamdum reference. N yeah Sai's version of azib dastan had banaoge, it's yet to be made. But it symbolized her sadness at end with yeh shaam jab bhi ayegi, tum humko yaad aaoge...original line. Because that jahan was hers, her place.
Ayesha was top-notch there.
Then Sai gets emotional seeing savi with Virat, the father n accuses him 😢. Loved it, means Sai doesn't blame Pakhi, it's Virat. Though she holds p also accountable. But admits that it was V ka fault.
N her dialogue k V ko kuch yaad nhi was good as it shows her acceptance of reality.
Goof up of cake depicts destiny...P tries to wipe away Sai-Virat (it was written Sai Virat n not the other way round) but but....Sai removes that messy card/chocolate whatever n writes Savi...means she can try to erase Sai n Virat, but now there is SAVI...with sa from Sai n vi from virat. Savi by making her photographer throws p away from her family photo. Savi will be the reason of Sai-Virat family coming together.
