If an actor deliberately sabotages another actor's career or tries to make the other actor insignificant, then yes, it's morally & ethically wrong. But asking for screen time for yourself is noway wrong. Ultimately, talented people will come shining through. Ayesha is clearly the best of the three leads and she is getting her dues in terms of the acceptance and popularity of the audience. Nor do I see the PH sidelining her or stifling her growth.

Ayesha's screen time will increase in the future tracks - there are lot of projects Sai has to undertake - Harini, Mohrishma etc. How they will bring her in a position to do all these remain to be seen. It was only in the last 10 episodes or so where her ss has been particularly less... otherwise she was getting suffecient SS..although less than what she used to get.

Also I think this is nice time for Ayesha to utilise and explore more outside ghum specially when she is getting time now while being active in the show and this is something which will help her in future.

Yes, these two years, the show was so heavily dependent on Ayesha, that she didn't get time to explore other avenues.... episodes could not be made without her. Now, she has more breathing space and she is utilising it so well.

Ayesha's contract has been redone I suppose after 2 years. I always got the feeling she had a contract like an intern ...that she was not allowed to do other projects. Now, she is getting nominated in ITA, she is attending them too. All this is good for her.

My grouse if it is one because ultimately it is a business, it is a career for all of them...& I am just one statistic, the story has been tilted / compromised in a way that it is no longer entertaining for me. It need not have been done like this. I am not even talking about Sairat. The pushing of a mediocre actress up in front just to increase SS, and importance at the cost of everyone else and the ML's character is not palatable.

We know Ayesha's calibre, the audience knows...one scene and she eats up the episode. I said this even earlier. She is not losing out. SV is not a fool, he makes sure she gets powerful scenes even if it is less. I would love to see more of her on screen except that it is not fair to her. She used to look exhausted all the time last year.

On screen, same story - ideally of it had been another woman, none of us would have minded, infact, the conflict would have been real. Even with Pakhi, she could have been in the family staying as Samrat's widow. Virat could have been indebted to her even then for taking care of his adopted son. It wouldn't not have taken away from the drama or the story. At this point, Virat could have been under pressure to marry her.

The scenes now are much too cringe and irrational from Virat's POV. We have been waiting for hidden reasons. Pakhi was openly negative, now suddenly orders a cake.

Thing is, there 's no desperation for numbers, why take this route? Asking for extra SS is not a problem. But shifting the focus of the story entirely, to my mind, is not fair.

if they shift it back on track so that it all ties in together, wonderful, I will send flowers to SV. 😆
