I hope Abhi will decide to delay the procedure until after they consult with the specialist that Harsh said is visiting.

I interpreted the Ar-Ak scene as Ar faking miscarriage because Ak pushed her. Because there has to be a strong enough reason for Abhira to move away from BH.

Ar walks in corridor and says i need to think of this now. If i show in Birla hospital gynic i will be caught . Everyone will know that this good news is fake news. Can I tell Neil ? how will he react to it. Ak comes from another side in the corridor and holds tummy. Ar comes straight and Ak hits Ar shoulder. Ak holds herself and shouts can't you see and walk ?Ar says you need to see and walk. Ak says sorry and goes ahead holding her tummy. Ar sees her from back in doubt.

After Ak hit her , Ar is normal so only gas left in her. There is no pregnancy symptoms in Ar then too.

Ak hitting Ar or its by both unknowingly is one fake drama out and real pregnancy in .

Ak fell on krishnajis side near the pic so kanhaji saves her. And Ar is left with ego.

Ak saying sorry is she thinks Ar is pregnant in flow of her fakeness .

Manjaris song is for kanhaji saying names of krishna ji Radha Raman, Hari, govind, hare krishna , giridhar, gopal , ghan Shyam , hare ram These are her prayers to keep hopes and give strength to Ak and baby in the name of kanhaji and Ramji. It said they are keeping light of hopes in darkness and help them to remove their pain and sadness.

Vibhuti Sharma the doctor is shown as shivjis blessings in that form for Ak and pregnancy. Vibhuti is ashes. If they chose the procedure there is only ashes left for them and Abhi gets Only Akshara in his life. But this is the rising of them in ashes with shivjis blessings as abhi prayed for Ak and his kid.

When Abhira entered the corridor, two green tall grass shown next is by their babies next. They get their prasad for going for this procedure through God showing two heart beats of two babies. They are going against gods wishes so god is showing them their route.

Ak looked at sky for God to give any ishara and they are getting it.

A very beautiful and emotional episode today. And all characters played their part well. As parents support Manish ,swarna , Harsh , manjari gave their strength and security to Abhira . Manjari showed her strength to Ak and opposed Abhi . But Abhis decision of Ak health as priority is taken by everyone . He is not happy to go for that but he can't risk Ak life against him becoming papa. He has no strength to keep hopes or take risk and not lose Ak anytime. But Ak is showing strength as woman and mom opposing him but accepted his decision through mind not heart. Abhi is thinking through mind not risking through heart Abhira mind vs heart is perfectly shown in their slow walk in corridor ,slow steps ,no talks .Abhi is avoiding eye contact with Ak orelse he will feel emotional and weak before her. Ganesha is formed by parvati Devi and unknown to shivji. Without knowing his existence as his son , shivji killed the boy when he learnt it's his own son he gave breaths to boy and got elephant head to fit him.

Here abhi is unknown to the existence of his son in Ak tummy. Till now he is thinking as one baby. After he gets to know of second baby existence he will change his decision of procedure and go ahead in giving life to babies along with caring ak health issues. As it's normal story they can't kill first and show it again .so a small recreation of that shivji ganesha existence shown in this particular way of procedure so that abhi gets his hopes as papa next. He will definitely consult the specialist the elephant trunk that way and fix the lives of his both kids. This way shivjis kids Ashok sundari and Ganesha fit in the story with some recreations and connects.
