We audience see the whole show and episode and get affected.
The actors just go when they r called, do their part and don't bother about other parts. They don't even keep track. So they r not affected at all.
Ayesha s friendly with the crew. So even during scenes all her friends - crew are around her. She interacts with them only.
Actors don't even know they r being abused by another actor as their close ups r taken later.
Audience gets to see with background music, flashbacks etc, so we r triggered.
The actors don't know about the background music or FBs n the scene when they are acting.
It makes it easier.
And they r paid to do . So they do it.
It's like maids doing house work.
Maids are paid so they do it as a routine and go to the next house. They r not emotionally attached to the houses they work.
It's difficult to get FL role outside and it may not run also.
Should not leave what u have n hand esp if ur a new comer. Others r waiting even for a small role n a no 2 trp show.
The lady who played Shruti also told same thing.

If ASB or NB have asked for more screen time, I don't feel it is wrong.
For the past two years, Ayesha has got very good screen time....she used to be there in atleast 75% of all episodes...if the other two leads want some more meat for themselves...how is that wrong? I'm not expecting any idealism from an industry that works heavily on recommendations.
If an actor deliberately sabotages another actor's career or tries to make the other actor insignificant, then yes, it's morally & ethically wrong. But asking for screen time for yourself is noway wrong. Ultimately, talented people will come shining through. Ayesha is clearly the best of the three leads and she is getting her dues in terms of the acceptance and popularity of the audience. Nor do I see the PH sidelining her or stifling her growth.
Ayesha's screen time will increase in the future tracks - there are lot of projects Sai has to undertake - Harini, Mohrishma etc. How they will bring her in a position to do all these remain to be seen. It was only in the last 10 episodes or so where her ss has been particularly less... otherwise she was getting suffecient SS..although less than what she used to get.
