I think I will still stick to my earlier prediction. Nikhil-Naaz will not be a long affair. Someday or the other maybe after Nikhil is out of the equation, Naaz will be paired with Ekam. Because that's the first point of the first promo.

Naaz will want to snatch what makes Nehmat happy. Probably Nikhil will die/break up will happen for some reason. After that maybe Advait-Shamsher truth will be out soon. Nehmat may return to Sandhu house. And when Nekham are at the brink of reconciling, Naaz and Ekam will get hitched.

Nehmat, will be heartbroken but will fake returning to Advait so that EkNaaz get to move on. Some jhol like this might happen. Because frankly I can't see Nikhil in the long run.

Someone on YouTube commented that the parallels are the same.

Interesting because the commenter said:

Advait = Tejo

Nehmat = Fateh

Ekam = Jasmine (Hitesh will get to perform different things and his character will be more interesting)

He will not be negative. But we will see some grey shades in him. Like the transition of Manav in choti sardarni.

Advait and his family weren't in the original script. So the makers have changed season 2 story.

ITV really does falling in love phase beautifully. I’m always so excited about it.
