What is a "comment quality score" and what makes it too low? Should I use triple exclamation marks to achieve high quality?

there seems to be data sync issue for Na Umra Ki Seema Ho Forum...https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/1480

this week CM rating is 5 and for last week sits showing as 6 while last week too it was 5 and last to last week it was 6.

Can anyone please look into this sync issue.. otherwise we will have to raise the concern here every week for manual sync...

This has been fixed.

This happens as sometimes there is a delay in updating the cached data.

thank you very much. Its a recurring issue with this particular forum as i am observing it regularly for 4 weeks.

can it be fixed permanently ?
