What is shown in promo does not get played scene by scene in real episodes. Most likely this is another fake promo by Makers to get TRP audience glued in while they conveniently show Pakhi's accident and guilt-tripped Virat for Pakhi. And the audience will keep waiting for Sai's flashback of struggles and Virat's regret & remorse for choosing culprit Pakhi & chavans over Sai. He is least bothered or guilty for what trauma he led Sai and his kid/s into
