Okay so this is what I think happened.

Nimmo was clearly insinuating there's something wrong with Shalin when she was asking him "What is wrong with you?"

Shalin, was just trying to say there's plenty wrong with him, basically like uska dimaag satka hua hai or something.

Nimmo, for some weird reason, decided to associate that with her mental struggles and decided it was a dig at her.

Ab Nimmo, I don't think it was. You overreacted.

Also Nimmo, why don't you believe him when he said he was talking of his struggles and not yours. No one else on this planet has mental health issues? You're the sole person plagued by them?

Can't believe I'm siding with Shalin but this time I think the issue was artificially created.
