I agree. The high voltage wedding drama was good but now with the dark theme it feels very sad to even watch it. Audience do prefer light drama but probably can't take in serious topics..

And the good thing is the makers of Maa show realised it and now are making the girl cheerful and start afresh leaving behind the darkness.

now the issue is they look so insensitive dealing with such a serious topic and made it all about anu. making the girl cheerful is just insulting to see when real people who have suffered this have to deal with so much but its so watered down on the show.

You know ppl can say whatever, but fact remains that they had to bring major drama surrounding shivi to make the audience tune in. Shweta has been around for months but her drama with dhara/krish wasnt getting trps

Starplus in the past have never taken down a profitable show except for tere liye where channel had a fall out with ekta kapoor

And also Bidaai but that was PH call. They said they want to end the show with high trps and not when the show is at its lowest

Ohh tereliye git wrapped up becz of fight between ekta and sitara..i vaguely remember trp went down to 1 during that time..when it started going almost the kasauthi way..but i can be wrong..

yeah the show had a chance but sp and ekta had some fight and she shut the show lol it took years before she came back to making shows for sp this is when she started her take over zeetv and other channels with her recycled shows lol

Problem is not drama..problem is baseless drama..shiva doubting ravi for having an affair was baseless and stupid..they ruined the couple for good with this..they could have brought some other issues which caused the separation and fight...best thing would have been ravi hits her head on a pillar and forgets shiva..would have been such a relief and audience get more than enough drama to keep them hooked..
