@Andolan - For sure you didn’t start #MeToo …. It’s a US movement now being emulated by India ….But by raising a banner of #MeToo and calling an accused a “Molester” you become a part of it …. I am not changing anyone’s views .I am just putting up an argument on the consistency of judgement … and I guess that’s why forums exist

As for painting the issue with the assumption brush that it is sarcasm.I would call it an attempt to sweep the issue under the carpet since it’s not fact based and not supported by evidence or any rationale … call call it “wishful thing” or “ a biased opinion ” or simply an “convenient assumption “

If you see a Woman/Man harassed by 2 individuals of opposite sex right in front of you …..would you watch it silently/ look the other way because the victim is not raising a voice?

Fine call it a judgement. I wont wait for court to pass a judgement....bcz I can guarantee it , this case will never go to court. That was the whole point of MeToo. It wasnt done in an attempt to drag the accused to court. It was a platform to voice out the things people couldnt do otherwise. For me 9 women accusing him of the same things....is proof enough . You dnt have to believe it ....dts ur choice. I will choose to believe them whether or not this ever see the daylight in a court.

Nope ur argument itself is not consistent. Both things are not the same. Even if you say it was eve teasing .....its not the same scale wid what all Sajid has done. So no my judgement hasnt changed.

I dnt thing you read my post correctly. I said if two of my frnds will knowingly try to tease me.......I wouldnt mind as such and If I did I would voice it out. Priyanka and Archana....Might not be his frnds but they arent some unknown people on a road passing lewd comments either. There is a difference

I dont know about Archana but I think dt Priyanka would apologise to Stan , if she is told that she made him feel uncomfortable.

@BOLD black - Lol …… your issue is with ineffective judicial system and you expect to correct that by making noise against an individual on SM…….,Great. ….. Looking Tokyo, Talking London !!

Ideally people should ban the show for bringing in a #MeToo accused …. But that needs sacrifice & is inconvenient.

@BLUE - Firstly I don’t believe in media trials or running a one sided kangaroo courts on SM …. they end up as noise with no action.Secondly, repeating again …Sajid’s issue is an inconclusive OUTSIDE issue, on the show I haven’t seen him behave like Archu & Priyu did with Stan in yesterday’s episode

@RED - Flip the situation & Swap the people….. Priyanka ( who is as bony as Stan) wearing a skimpy bikini and Shiv & Stan sitting on sofa and making the same comments/gestures & laughing out loud…. Bold - Did you know how Sajid’s equation was with the victims that made you jump into the issue without solicitation and pass a judgement? … and also run their agenda ?

In Stan’s case you are better informed….we all know ( contestants included) he doesn’t take personal comments very well …..and he is anything but friends with Archu/Priyu to give them the liberty to make lewd gestures & comments

@ your bold : I am not fighting against an ineffective judicial system . I cant. Our judicial system is faulty. Rape convicts roam scott free in our country when our law says in case of heinous crime they should be treated as an adult . But hey it is what it is. I cannot scream and fyt . His own film community banned him for 1.5 yrs . Why would he in his ryt senses would anything even remotely like dt in the house. He is under scrutiny by atleast half of the nation (the half who like me believe the accusations) . So If I was in Sajid's place I would be very very careful of what I say or do. Yes I dnt know der equations wid Sajid. But they did come out and say it. Not 1 or 2 or 3 ....but 9 of them did. And not all of dem were actresses. 2 or more were reporters.

No I dnt see their relationship as dt. Frankly I dnt see Stan much at all. So difficult to assess. Since they all hv been living together since 2 months or so....I assumed they have a lil bit of friendship underneath all those fyts. My fault.
