Looks like after today's dialogues P agreed to change school to keep Virat happy. Yesterday there.was a BTS of Vinu and P and Sai (in green saree) and Savi with the same set of school kids.

He looked like PL ka pati today- completely. Who was way more hurt with her going behind him n hence took it into provacy of their home. It was nothing about Sai/Savi. It was about his wife whim he trust going behind his back- Simple. 😐

On top of it the disguisting look he gave to sai when she called pakhi teesri.

Till now it is said that he is using pati patni card just to assure pakhi, to use her for his benefit, in his mind only Sai is his wife.

A Govt job cannot happen without a proper process.

DIG has to send a request to higher officials, they need to approve, there has to be an advertisement, there is a time period that has to be given minimum for applicants to respond and even attend the interview... candidates to be interviewed in an open and transparent process and there cannot be any bias. all of this at a fast pace takes about 6 months.

At any given stage, anyone can file an RTI. even if you are not an applicant.

Even if one is shifting from a Govt job to another... there is a process called proper channel. Its like an NOC. if a govt employee comes without proper channel, it is grounds for disqualification.

Nothing has been done of this sort .... unless Sai gets it on contract... even then the basic process has to be followed. Only the job duration is limited and there are no perks that come with a govt job.

Tell me frankly... how does any of this matches with the precap wala offer of DIG?

They didn't show that candidates applying for job but commisioner choosing sai because she is known person to him.

They showed there is a requirement of a post and commisioner thinks sai will be best by seeing her CAPABILITIES.

And funnily he is asking DIG for approval. So it doesn't look like the job which requires those formalities.

In ghum, it is a job which is based on DIG approval not government. So it is anything but corruption.

If Sai accepts the job, looks like P will do chaukidari outside police station also.

It doesn't work like that in government offices. Even if we buy stationary, we have to do it fairly giving chances to all shops to send a quotation. It's a huge process.

If there's a vacancy in any department, they need clearance from finance ministry and recruitment is done by professional examination board. If recruitment is on contract basis then there has to be a notification in official site, office and news paper

None can give someone a job just like that I am not sure about this, but one has to be a medical officer to get post of police surgeon.
