Gautam said in his interview that Stan had charged towards Shalin with a vase in his hand and was about to hit him on the face/head.

Shiv on the other hand had come with a chair to hit Shalin.

Videos bhi nikal liye logo ne, precap mein tha scene where Shiv has a chair in his hand, is going towards Shalin n Sajid is stopping him.

But the makers edited all this as well as any reference to the chair thing from the main episode.
