1. No it does not. Yes it is convenient that the rules apply for certain people, but the fact is it is Shiv did rule breaking. Stick to house matters.

Not true. She was kicked out of the house for three days, and was in a painful limbo which was akin to a 'sadma'.

So even if she was brought back, there was a modicum of punishment not equal to zero. Even Shiv deserves to be disciplined, and because of his outsize torso, he could be even more dangerous when out of control.
