I am saying about emotion jismein ke fun part bhi ho sakta hai, teasing part bhi ho sakta hai, na ki sirf agar kahin dil tootey. Laaddi's friend has a studio, often when we go there to listen new singers, then in studio, ye baareekiyein we hear it.

But then Jagjit is Jagjit. Unka song itna bhi gaa paana mere liye bahut badi baat hai. see first thing in a song is ki usko sur me gaaye. Jab wo aa jaye to next is emotions (which is requirement of Mainly playback singers). Emotions are not the priority of classical singers but classic singing base does privide the foundation in which a palace of emotions can ne built by playback singers. Now imagine a drunkard singing some nashe wala song with full emotions but no sur taal. People will just say chup karao be usko...😆 on the contrary a sur taal wali singing will still be acceptable. so i believe first thing i need is to learn to sing in sur. Being able to add emotions is the next part.

Nahi i mean... Not just sharabi. like for example we have a group of friends who are singing some fun song with full laughter and emotions of joy etc but without sur taal. It will seem very good to them as well as maybe others too at first. But after a while it will become intolerable. But a song sung in sur and taal but lacking in emotions may not hit u the same as an emotional one without sur taal at first but will still have a repeat listening value. U won't get irritated listening to it again and again as compared to some fun lines sung with emotions but without sur and taal after the initial euphoria has settled.
