Not proved but yeah everyone agreed.

Smc convinced Nik that he was " nashe me dhutttt" and also Pallvi di saw us together, and hence Badal is the result of that mistake.

Nik got it confrmed from Pallvi to which Pallavi also agreed.

I think he saw only Pallavi and didn't see Smc in towel. I think she was standing at the door of bathroom/ partially inside, which wasn't visible from Nik's bed...
