I gave a sarcastic answer cuz If anyone ask me about favourite destination or holidays it pinches me in my gut😆.. Cuz It's been years I always under stress about my next exam and Medicine life has been too boring and stressful that my only goal of life always would be to live a peaceful Exams free life..(the bar has become too low after entering Medicine 😆) Not sure when I will reach that exams free stage. When I will reach that stage I can think of holidays or favourite destination. But before I die there are 2 places I would like to go if possible.. 1) Mauritius and 2) want to see all the colorful flower gardens in Japan which I come across in this insta account "1 min traveller"

Actually I love beaches and water. So I would just want God to put me in a beach every Sunday so that before I die I cover seeing all those beaches in the world.

My main triggers for Migraine generally would be sleep deprivation and stress.I have been travelling for past few days and stressed about family issues..So I have been sleep deprived for few days.Now i woke up after sleeping for around 7hrs..so i'm feeling much better now🤗

Glad to know you're feeling better.

I could wake up after 10 hours of sleep and still have a migraine. It's annoying when you don't even know what causes it so you can't do anything about it.🤔
