At the hospital

Bhabima is pacifying Raavi who is still in pain. Dr. Nitin is still in the room as he administered some pain medication for Raavi,

BhabiMa asks the Doctor why is he not doing anything. He says is waiting for the reports to come and can’t do much until then and asks BhabiMa to wait.

Just then he gets a call from the Criminal and he takescthe call outside the room.

Apparently Criminal has sent BhabiMa and Raavi’s luctures to him and has already told him what to do. He says he has met them already. Just then a nurse hands him over Raavi’s report and he continues to talk to Criminal, “ don’t worry meine unhe kush khabri dene jaa raha hoon, aur Congratulations tu chachi toh banne wai hai”

Criminal says, “ Thank you so much bas mein todi der mein pahunch rahi hoon” and hangs up the phone.

Criminal starts singing “ Bijli girand mein hoon aayi”

And the scene cuts to Suman who is enjoying her time with the gossip gang of Somnath completes the song, “kehate hai mujhko hawa hawaii, hawa hawaii, hawa hawaii”

And other gossip gang girls join her and sing the rest of the song and one is even dancing like Sridevi 🤣

I already wrote about what will happen next - pregnant woman comes for a walk to the park and the gossip gang ask her why is she alone walking around when she is full term and later she goes into labor,(her water breaks) Suman asks her go home but Kanta persuades Suman to do the labor herself but Suman refuses to do so as its a lublic place and they have no facilities, not even hot water.. Suman tries to get her husband’s phone but girl is in too much pain. Gossip gang finally decides to take her to the hospital, the same one where Raavi is admitted. Kanta calls for the taxi they came in and Suman reassures the girl that nothing will happen to her.

One if the scenes almost towards the secomd half of the episode

Suman is at the park with Kanta and her other mohalle ki gossip gang where a pregnant lady who is full term comes for a walk. These mohalle ki aunties ask why is she there alone. The lady says her husband is at work and has no other help. While talking she goes into labor. Suman and her gossip gang help her out and bring her to the same hospital where Raavi is admitted.

Suman calls her heere bete to get the husband of the girl she is helping , that’s why all the namoones are at the hospital from tomorrow’s episode in time for another IVF kaand.

Lo, bhaisaab! Jo log khud apni biwiyon ko support nahi karte (cue Shiva), wo ab doosre patiyon ko lecture denge about how to be responsible husbands.

And shipped it to some unknown location to cleanse the car coz Kandyas took it out for a ride with them inside it🤣

AFAIK no one went on a ride in that car except Shiva- Raavi were sitting inside while Shiva was teaching her basics of driving and they actually spilled Bhel Puri inside it. Other than that scene, the car was never used for anything else or was never seen also 😆
Shiva was supposed to take Raavi in that car for Krish’s wedding bit that didn’t happen, they went separately and Shi a took a rental car inspite of BhabiMa telling him to come in Raavi’s car, his ego came in between, you see😆

Suman and her gossip gang are singing and dancing, having all girl’s day out at the park.

Also Criminal is her favorite bahu, she is having a telepathic connection with her 😆

Why did BhabiMa take her to the hospital in an auto?

Since BhabiMa is a mahaan and All in all azhagu rani (one who knows everything) shouldn’t she know driving?????🙄

It is safer to take patients to the hospital in a car than an auto.

Or Did Maruti people take it away the car after RWSP got over? 😆

Maruti ne waapas le liye hoga ye bolke ki tum logon ke saath naam nahi, badnaam honge. 😆

Absolutely true! These namoones will only help BhabiMa and other women of Somnath, none of them care about their wives especially Rishita and Raavi. Rishita atleast gets some support from others, Dev acts wacky sometimes but Raavi is treated like a third class citizen day in and day out in that house. No one cares for her. The only reason BhabiMa brought her to the hospital because she is hopeful that Raavi will be pregnant, so she can take away her baby too.
Suman and Shiva will do nothing when it comes to Raavi, both are ready to pounce on her and waiting to find fault and not pick on her.

At the hospital, Doctor comes inside the room and says Raavi is pregnant.

Bhabima gets happy hearing this but Raavi cannot believe it. Raavi asks, “ ye kaise ho sakta hai, baccha kitne weeks ka hai”

Fake Doctor says, “ dekhiye agar ye check karna ho toh Ultrasound karna padegaa”

Raavi cries profusely and says, “aye bhagwan abb mein kya boloongi Shiva ko, mujhe toh laga thaa hum donon saaton janam saat rahenge, lekin bhagwan chahe kuch aur hi chahte hain, abb kya boloongi Shiva ko, kya sochegaa, kya bolegaa”😭

SAD BGM plays in the BG

Bhabima says, “yehi ki tu uska bacche ki maa bannewaali hai, tu maa bannewaali hai Raavi”

BhabiMa hugs her and cries. Raavi still feels that something is wrong.

Fake Doctor is watching them.

So ITV doesn’t leave an opportunity to show how fake hospitals and Doctors are.

Do these writers ever go to the Doctor or visit hospitals for their sickness or their sasta nasha will take care of it for them?

In real life Doctors like Nitin will be sued for medical malpractice and banned from practicing medicine.

These writers show how easy it is to manipulate them medical system but US has one of the toughest policies for practicing, endless exams, years of field work - 4 years of UG plus 4 years of MD, Residency for 3 years, clearing boards, then fellowship if you want to specialize but how do these writers know what it takes to become a Doctor.

I hope at some point Indian Medical Association should sue ITV for depicting them wrong,
