Listening to her painful story makes me cry😭She went through so much in her teenage like body hair, acne, dusky skin..So much struggle these ppl face n we make their fun😭

I can't believe relatives torture sonam kapoor daughter on who will marry her...🤣Pure bullshit🤣She is Anil Kapoor's daughter is enough for her CV... Everyone knew she will either come in Bollywood n marry in rich household..

And in our teenage all we n parents cared was get good marks in 10th and 12th..

yesh, and she was undergoing all this trauma in her gucci shoes, chanel bag and sabysachi outfit

she is deluded enough to think she is bringing awareness to these issues by talking about them and ppl will hail her 😃

Sonam makes me roll my eyes more than the new gen nepo kids do sometimes.🙄I mean she described what about 95% of Indian girls go through, does she want an award for the adversity she faced?

Sonam did have body hair

Some men are weird about women having hair on their body although it should be normal

Body hair is probably one of the most natural things in the world. Us desis would know that better than anyone else lol. She could probably afford to get it lasered, most Indians don’t have that luxury. So it’s already hard to sympathise with her very first world problems.

these aren't first world problems,if they are then I guess upper middle class and middle-lower class girls in india face first world problems too.Comments on height, weight, skin colour, body hair is the lived reality of women across socio-economic levels in India.

Sonam did have the opportunity of laser removal but may be she didn't go for it,I think the glamour side of her came out only after she joined BW.But for whatever reason she didn't go for laser, nobody has any business commenting on her body hair.

She is talking about her teenage so having body hair is completely natural then. In such early age hardly any parent approves laser. Teenage girls do waxing n shaving so her problems sounds like jokes.

She is just bluffing n acting like creating she is awareness. She is not even dark n she is talking about her teenage so all these r actually not a big deal. Because normally parents allow going to parlor only after girls cross 14-15 yrs n all teenage girls look like this only. So nothing to be ashamed of.

I think people are being mean to her for no reason. She didn't sound bratty here. She did mention that she had hormonal issues just like any other teens & had relatives telling her what usually we all hear. She's AK's daughter but that doesn't immune her from what they say a norm. Here, she was talking about how girls no matter what are prepped from a very young age to be good enough for someone else. It's like they are being prepared to make a C.V for marriage. You should be looking pretty, you have to have that degree.

I remember reading back in when she debuted how she used to get called by names because of her weight. No matter whose daughter you are body shamers don't give AF. If they can't say it in front of you, they'll say it behind your back, in all sort of sneaky way which is enough to hurt.

People should really respond as per the what another person says. Jumping someone over their status, how they are capable of this or that, it seems like a norm these days.
