It used to be public votes + the bottom two would have a face-off where the judges would choose who stays. Idk why they've gotten rid of the face-off concept completely, basing eliminations solely on audience votes isn't fair.
Jhalak is based off Strictly come dancing. That still have the dance off on the second night. I don’t know why india would get rid of it. It can stop pas popular pairs from being eliminated unnecessarily.
Face off's used to be fun IMO previous seasons, may be they will have it later ...... Anybody watching DWTS current season...it is on Disney.... may not be flawless but it is about dance with a lot of fun. They have started the face off only this week .... however double elimination started earlier, next week semis.
Since I am not watching JDJ anymore can't comment on elimination much, but based on initial few epis and clips here and there, the entire format looks totally off this season...... lot of things do not make much sense.... elimination schedule is erratic not to mention the scoring ...did not quite pay attention to understand the additional stuff like coin, passport etc - very complicated 😆
Wish they get back to original format next season if there is one
This season it is 50% scores and 50% votes. How they are calculating 50% seems shady to me but that's what it is.
