What I think is virat will leave in anger after the altercation with JM. By the time he returns back with savi everyone must have left?! And pakhi will be there. For time being, he might agree as savi is sick.

See Sai was assumed pregnant many times .. once there was a false alarm .. when pakhi was already pregnant.. Virat was asking her excitedly kya hua ..

even during god bharayi things were hunky dory .. Infact during surrogacy drama S n V ka good period tha ..but ideally they should have started very soon after marriage.. not wasted so many years
