This desperate to ask for a pay rise in a public platform? Whatever happened to the HR department and it’s manager? If RA is instigating this TT user to write such posts, then shows doesn’t have the guts to face the higher authorities. If your job is clean and needs to be rewarded, merit increase will automatically reach you. Asking someone else to recommend your pay rise is underhanded😕

That said, hope TRP drops next week further down to 1.5 or 1.4.
