Seeing the precap I don't Kanik (Nikhil and Mallika) will happen,

Because Rama Aunty has already taken Nikhil's alliance for Naaz to the Sandhus,

Now I think both Mallika-Advait and Nikhil-Naaz's marriage will be fixed on the same day,

Mallika is kinda obsessed with Advait and that is why she is afraid to lose him, so her fears are coming from her insecurities because once due to Nehmat she lost a proposal (Although malika was not interested in that guy herself) so this can be the root cause, however, she doesnt want to lose advait at any cost hence stopping nehmat from meeting advait
