Ekam's mom never had a good impression of Nehmat, but she did not show her dislike openly because Ekam loves Nehmat.

Exactly, Ekam's dislike for Nehmat is completely rational unlike Advait's mother's rude and harsh comments on Nehmat being "badtameez and nakchiri" by misjudging her.

And Advait's mom behavior can nowhere be called mild compared to Ekam's mom's behavior.

Advait's mom behavior was much more harsher towards Nehmat than Ekam's mom.

This is all for more drama. Later Advait's mother would one day start liking Nehmat. It's like Fateh's mother and Tejo all over.

J did get married to Yash Bajwa and lived in Canada where she was ill treated by him and his mother.

Prediction in UD is never to be taken seriously 🤣
