I guess Mallika was crying in the precap because Nehmat wanted to break hers and Mallika's friendship 💔 because of Naaz,

Maami said that Mallika is always against Naaz because of Nehmat,

Which is why Naaz is asking Nehmat to choose between her and Mallika,

@green - This time she's kinda blind and I feel Nehmat is always blind/emotional fool when it comes to matters about her sister,

I really didn't understand Advait's mom's judgement on Nehmat being badtameez and nakchiri just because she accidentally broke one of their vases.🤣
