I am working on a project with Accenture and the project managers are unbelievably horrible and unreasonable

Especially me. Every word I say is taken the wrong way and i get insulted and yelled at.

Anybody ever in such situations? How to deal with such people..

Yes I experienced the same in Deloitte. Luckily the bosses there change with the project, so I got into a new project with a different boss who was pretty cool. Eventually I quit the job though, because the culture there was encouraging such toxicity. I knew that with my next project again I might get a bad boss, so instead of leaving things to their fate, I quit and found a new job, where I am pretty satisfied.

That makes sense

I should be doing that

Unfortunately I cannot immediately quit due to family being dependent on me, but i should definitely start looking elsewhere. It's affecting my mental and physical health

Unfortunately, looking for other opportunities is the only option you have. You can't change the mentality of bosses because... they are the boss. However, if your organization has a strong HR, things may work in your favor provided you provide them with a documented proof of their wrongdoings.

The only reason they are at the top is because they are h... 😆.... I am very quiet so I just ignore.. It doesnt matter to be honest.. Unless you are getting scold at every day for no reason.. Then just resign... And dont forget to give bad review, these day every job hunt pages comes with review..

The solution/ tips depends on kind of conduct of the Boss- favouritism, anger management, bullying, micro management etc. If you can identify your boss's motivation and triggers, that will help in dealing with him.

Importantly don't let the misconduct affect your mental well being and work efficiency.

Try for getting transfer to other project or team, if possible.

First talk to the bosses openly without hesitation and keeping your ego and fear and shame aside.

If it didn't solve the issue than take this to higher ups or HR .

Stop fearing the consequences, rizq denay wala upar baitha hai.

Most importantly don't let it affect your self esteem or let any sort of fear instill inside you.

Sending you love positive vibes and best wishes my dear.

Request them politely to get in line, turn around and bend. Then kick their asses as hard as possible.

Worked at (top 5 pharma company) and had experienced similar instance in my first few weeks -- tried to talk out it in polite manner & all got similar response from other people who were on the project before me at that time. Eventually, assigned manager quit and got assigned to new project where the manager was much better. After working for couple of years, moved onto a different company (another top 5 pharma company) where I'm presently working and satisfied so far.
