So watching the episode again and what i observed..

Dev sir in cabin addresses her as Vidhi

while outside its Miss Vidhi.

so very very clearly he has marked the lakshman rekha of treating her as Vidhi in his cabin and anywhere they are together just 2 of them.. to be able to talk personal and tease her too.

while in front of everyone he will keep the professionalism intact.
