Virat's perception will only change if Sai white washes him varna he had already chosen her eventhough he tried to harm his wife. If I was in Sai's place I will never trust him.

It was already established that Patralekha bhabi has manipulated during the surrogacy and Sai's doubt was right. So even if he flips in one day to Sai's side, he might flip back in hours to bhabhi's side.
