May be an image of book and text that says "GHOSTS THE REALM GABOR The aeclaimed author of MATÉ OF HUNGRY with DANIEL MATÉ the Myth of Normal TRAUMA, ILLNESS & HEALING IN A TOXIC CULTURE"

Filled with stories of people in the grip of illness or in the triumphant wake of recovery, this life-affirming book proves true health is possible if we are willing to reconnect with each other and our authentic selves.

I am absolutely loving it. Not only is it beautifully written, it is so timely and like a manifesto for our times. Absolutely riveting!

Highly recommended!

One chapter is dedicated to trolls who spread hate on the Internet, trying to understand their psychology.

IT'S SUCH A RIVETING BOOK
