This show is at #9 with 534 points.

but on the forum page the ranking is still #0 though points have been updated as 534.

Also on home page #9 is still mapped to Bade Ache Lagte hai which should be to this show,

Kindly look into it.

Going by the increasing incidences of vicious PMs and comments on member’s profiles, can we please implement the below at the earliest:

1. Disallow newbies completely from sending PMs (except to Mods) and writing on member’s walls/testimonials.

2. Allow existing members to voluntarily opt for disallowing newbies, groupbies and senior members from accessing their profiles and sending them PMs.

Hoping this will be dealt with seriously, as this anonymous low life/coward is giving rape and acid attack threats.

The above measures will discourage MIDs made for the sole purpose of trolling and sending hate filled threats to members. Blocking them does not help at all as VPN is easily accessible these days.

Pls Vijay Bhai can u reduce my warning level to 40% pls it has been since may 2022.

Both suggestions fit the proverbs "cut off one's nose to spite one's face" and "throw out the baby with the bath water."

1. The overwhelming majority of Newbies are polite, creative, positive, sometimes shy individuals who should be encouraged to learn the features of India Forums to grow its business. It would be self-defeating of India Forums to indulge members who think that "I was here first!" entitles them to prohibit others from reading posts in the public forum, quoting for rebuttal in the Debate Mansion, using strikethrough formatting, and now sending PMs. No matter how many new members they silence and drive away by making the site's features more complicated and exclusive, wounded egos will never be satisfied.

2. The overwhelming majority of PMs are non-abusive, and the overwhelming majority of established members want to receive PMs from potential new friends who haven't reached 1000 posts yet. People who reach 1000 posts quickly are more likely to send trivial PMs. For example, when I had been on India Forums for two weeks and just reached Groupbie status, I received my first accusatory PM from an IF-Rockerz member (sic): "what i dont understand is you dont like *** or his drinking habbit Always you come up with a topic where only *** is wrong baki sab ki galti to aapko dikti hi nahi ... Bas kisi tarah uska doond ke nikaalna hai aapko" I don't need to Block anyone when I can just not respond to baiting.

We have enabled the option where the members can restrict sending / receiving PM from their Buddies only.

This restriction does not apply to DTs even when they are not in your Buddy List.

Please note this will be a both way setting ie. if you use this option you will also be restricted from sending PMs to your Buddies only.

We are exploring further ways to keep a check on such miscreants especially people who just create a new account to send abusive PMs.

The info button on the Privacy option (top of Privacy Settings list) tells me that when it is set "OFF" no one can see my Visit Streak and I cannot see anyone else's. So, why can I see the Visit Streaks of vijay and mishkil88? Is it because the feature is two-way, and DT members are able to see my Visit Streak?

Could someone please explain to me, what are the different purposes of these features: Testimonial, Scrapbook, and Slambook? I asked in the Help Center many months ago, but no one answered.

Testimonials and slambooks were used to know your friends, asking them specific questions and they're used to be visible to the buddies I guess, (don't remember exactly cuz I didn't use it)

Scrapbook is a sort of PM but slightly more public. We used to drop scraps and chat there all the time, was a fun way of having one to one chat but buddies could also read them and join in.

Thank you for adding page number buttons to the member profile FF Followers tab.

I am requesting fixes to several problems:

1. On a member profile's Following tab: For me, the Following button is appearing to the right of each member's box. Each Following button is hidden by the box on its right, and the right-side Following button is outside the page, in white space.

2. On a fanfiction/followers/#### page: Both the top and bottom Next buttons are not working.

3. In my PM Inbox and Outbox: Clicking the Last button displays a few messages from the First page in inverse order - most recent at the bottom. To get to the Last page for real, I must either click the Go button (next to the correctly displayed last page number) or click the Previous button followed by the Next button.

4. On a member profile's sidebar: Clicking Fan Fiction presents options to view My FF, My Library, My Followers, but not the most recently added tab: Following.

It's really confusing which part of the slider is hibernation and which part of the slider is active, plus I forgot what I had selected about a month ago. So, basically, in my confusion, I changed the status of my account twice and got locked out of my own account. Could you please help?"

I see page numbers as always, with the Go button, above and below the post topics on each page, but after the first few pages, one reaches empty pages where the Previous/Next/Last buttons don't work anymore.
