Something must have happened during kidnaping or kid’s treatment that made Sai feel their relationship has chance.

She looked happy n hopeful. It didn’t look like its just for Savi’s sake. N she was surprised seeing them together- which she has been seeing anyways!

So something in between makes their relationship resurrect.
