It looks like Sumbul has fallen head over heels in love with Shalin. She won't be able to move on.

I really hope she understood Salman's drift. I mean it wasn't that hard to understand, but then again Sumbul is overly emotional and there is a possibility that her emotions(be it friendship or love), can cloud her judgement.
