15 Oct 2022. Tanuja ji Special.

I liked Senjuti's performance but felt the timbre in her voice is too shrill / tinny for my liking.

It was interesting to see that Tanuja ji had exactly the same opening comment for Pritam and Senjuti, said in the exact same way 😄 Almost as if TCT messed up in editing - but they don't do that, do they? 😄

Chirag's 2nd song was noteworthy (O mere dil ke chain) but the first one was rather pedestrian.

Debosmita. She is like Sayli. Those whob like her will swear by her, while others will find her technically sound but a bit too sweet and too shrill.

Navdeep Wadali is technically really sound but I would like to hear him sing Chhu Kar Mere Mann Ko or Dilbar Mere. Two completely different songs but out of his genre in very different ways.

Everyone else was just there in the episode with nothing to write about.

The excitement that this season is generating seems evident from the hectic activity in this thread 🤣

I had not found time to catch up with the episode and was hoping to judge the view-worthiness based on the comments here.
But aside from a rather damp reco by PV-IFH 😃 there is nothing happening here. With the cricket and football world cup looming round the corner I guess that there is not going to be any fight for the showtime viewership at homes across India. 🤣

Such a thanda episode despite the good numbers that Tanuja has.😔

Pritam’s twist karen didn’t make me tap a foot

Though , uncle auntie did their might to boot

Chirag sounded hoarse, was he down with a cold?

On the home turf was Wadali

Striving to conquer lost territory

’Ye Dil’ said ok ok to ‘Chala jaata hoon’ of Shivam

‘ yaad na meri aayi’… yes, Yaad nahi aayegi, Rupam

Debo was just there, though not flat

Senjuthi’s ‘shaam’ & Anushka’s ‘raat’

Saving grace from all that.

Asides…

* No wonder I can’t enjoy Rupam - yesterday I found that her tonal quality touches Neha’s 😳. Maybe it is my nehuphobic mind at work 🤔🤔😂

* And finally….. chirag is planning to move on , or rather away from Kavya… Bhagwan ne hamari sun li 🙏🤣

While it will be unfair to compare PD with Rishi, Faiz with Rishi would’ve been another story.
The current lot are lucky that Faiz wasn’t born a year earlier. 😝😍
