And I do want her to get rejected so that zameen pe aajaye madam. Matlab usne kuch seriously liya hi nahi. Hope abb thodi serious hojaye

Mujhe laga tha Dev would be a bit restless about Vidhi getting engaged to someone else but nope😆 even in the last moment he just prayed for her well being and nothing else. Also the trust she has on him seems to be very precious for him. He wanted to do right by her no matter what. Idk I should be happy with this or not. On one hand he is someone very selfless who would want Vidhi to be happy with him or without him. On the other hand I am worried this would make him a big obstacle to his own love story. If he finds that there is a good guy who would love and respect Vidhi he probably will voluntarily back out

kabhi kabhi hume ache se pata hota hai ke hume kya chahiye, par chahne aur paane ke beech wahi badha banta hai to hume chahiye hota hai...

That is precisely the story here. Wahi toh dekhna hai ki khud se kaise ladhta hai woh.

If Arjun angle is next, then he will pakka do this only, knowing Arjun is a better match for Vidhi than him.

But then the fun part will begin. His heart and head will fight. Heart will miss Vidhi whereas head would be saying you shouldn't, she is happier without you. Heart will long for her company, her words, her presence whereas head would say let go, she is better off without you. And then finally one day, his head will get to know that Vidhi loves him so much that she can't be happy with anyone else. Then his heart and head might reconcile and he will accept his own feelings, but after making sure that accepting his feelings is the right thing to do by Vidhi. That's the depth of his feelings for Vidhi. That's just my take on Dev. Makers might show it differently.

Lol Dev ne daat diya vidhi ko it was needed she was behaving like a teenager! All love lorn dev is the mature one.... Ab arjun angle ayega am sure!

after all she tells Dev the bg stops for full 14 seconds and then after first 4 seconds we hear Heartbeats in background (matlab Dev is having a moment of realization and couldnt break it by saying "chalo")

I wonder what was the dialogue between- everything will be fine (Dev) and I know everything will be because you won't let anything wrong happen (Vidhi). The editing fused those scenes together (there wasn't one continuous flow)

i love watching shows from all perspectives to get as much meaning of any moment as I can catch...(credit to kdramas to make me this attentive towards tiniest details)

regarding editing of that part you mentioned.. ill hv to go back and check what it was like..

so as per my guess that disconnect is cause the scene before n after that cut would most probably have a ad break when aired on TV.. and it seems like a hook point to keep viewers worried abt whats next... ad break.. and then back to Vidhi on screen with Dev responding to her fears
