I think a poll already happened on the comparison of these two movies.
One is a remake of classic nadiya ke paar which has simplicity but this remake one is like shaddi n naach gana movie.
Other one has so many scenes copied from Hollywood movies n it's says every masterpiece has its cheap copy

Ok, well I'll answer it for you. 😉
FingerFetish likes DDLJ more than HAHK.
So do I. 😉
It's kind of boring to get the same kind of threads over & over again. This comparison was already done and discussed not really long ago to vanish from the memory...
However, for being nice, I answer again: DDLJ (without giving a reason this time)
Just a question toVickat:

I would be interested (genuinely) which scenes you think are copied and from which HW-movie (if you know it).

Thanks a lot, Vickat...I didn't know it. Well watch it asap 😊
Vickat, I've watched the video but there are only shown two scenes that COULD be have given an inspiration (I have to say that I did not understand one word of what there was spoken, but they compared four Hindi movies with Western movies, one of them was DDLJ).
One of the scenes is a trope in many films where man and woman (boy and girl) make a journey together and are somehow "stuck together". The second scene is from a famous black&white movie, where someone passing a window keeps recommending a woman which hat to choose through signs - that indeed could have been an inspiration as Adi Chopra is such a movie buff that he could have known of this movie.
But this are only two scenes the video shows - that aren't "many"...
edit:
There is also the "palat" scene, but this, too, you'll find in many movies (if the girl turns around then she loves me/has interest in me) . the Clint Eastwood movie, too, is only one example of this kind of "trope" that may exist as long as there are romantic movies.
