also - shalin's shenanigans and cringe behavior got me thinking that how do people even stand their exes, partners, other people close to them, etc go on tv and make a fool of themselves. i'd be sooo embarrassed if someone i used to be married to goes on the show and acts like this 🤢 not that it's her fault ofc because he's his own person and i'm talking generally bc we get a lot of exes come on the show. i'd still be so embarrassed that i was with a clown like this and now the world can see it 😆

And even Daljeet herself had said she's fine, that would not change my perception. Victims go through a complicated turmoil and often your brain tells you 'it wasn't that bad' to protect your sanity. It's very common for victims to defend the abusers, or undermine abuse. Then the fact that this abuser is from a rich family, if you've money you can do anything. He can create problems for her. And they share custody.

For someone like Daljeet, it's not embarrassment, it would be much serious, blaming herself why didn;t she see the red flags.

Room allocation was such a genius move.

Good thing, she didn't just went overboard, she listened to genuine concerns like Nimrit and other didnt want a boy in room, or health issues (shalin-I'm still gonna say its fake) or dietary (Saundraya-vegan...waise kya fayda behan, khoon to tu waise bhi pi hi rahi hai), she maintained integrity.

That being said, she shook things up. Gang ko hila dala. Shaleen Archana was hilarious. And the ration thing, which everyone was being so chaalu about, Nimmo and Sreejita...she took her revenge. They're adamant that it's enough and she gave them same room.

yeah, the way he acts makes it all seem pretty believable, but i believed her to begin with anyway. you're right - that does happen. i had figured that shalin is exaggerating the truth and that even if they meet sometimes, it has to be for the kid and daljiet confirmed that in her statement. the embarrassing comment was less about their specific situation because it's much more serious and i don't think abusers should be given a platform. their victims continue to suffer and they shouldn't have to be reminded of that abuse by seeing that person on tv. what i was saying is that it must be embarrassing to see exes act all cringe and create forced love angles on tv but that was more of a general statement and we see that happen quite often on the show lol
