National dish from home would be Mantu (Afghan Dumplings).

Other than that, I love all types of pasta but my favourite is pink sauce pasta

I am a foodie🤩so this is a tough one for me😆
Being a vegetarian…

I love Sadhya( the traditional 26 item Kerala lunch)❤️ and any other south food like Dosas, Idlis, Medu Vada, Dal vada, Poori-Bhaji, Mysore masala dosa.

In North Indian food I love Usal - Missal, aluwadi, Kothambir badi, Chole Bhature, Rajma Chawal, Daal Pakwan, Pav bhaji, Dhokla, Bhakris, Thalipeeth, Sabudana khichdi , Punjabi Kadi pakoda, Dal makhani-Roti, and any veggie items. I love Marwari Thali and Punjabi Thali.

In Chaat items..I love Pani puri❤️,Vada pav, samosa, Dabeli, Sookha bhel, Ragda Pattice, kachori etc.

Other than this I love Sandwiches , Dhokla, theplas and Parattas.

I love Lasagne, Pizzas, Veg Burger, French fries, veg Hakka Noodles, Manchurian and in Mexican..quesadilla, enchiladas, Burritos. In Arabic food…Pita bread with filafel- hummus roll. ❤️

And…ofcourse in desserts..sizzling brownie with ice cream..Jangiri, Gulab Jamun, Puran polis.

Kuch bacha nahi lagtha hai 🤣

I like Punjabi food.

I’m just getting tempted by the pictures posted will list mine soon. Though one dish in my mind I like is curry Punjabi Kadai( yellow curry) !!

Not really. The only aspect that’s similar is that it’s a form of dumpling. Mantu is filled with mince lamb cooked with onions/garlic/spices. The dumplings are steamed and a tomato flavoured lentil sauce OR a lamb mince meatball sauce (cooked with tomato paste and spices. Almost like a bolognese sauce) is poured over it. We place the dumplings over garlic yoghurt and add a bit of the yogurt on top. Garnish with mint or coriander.
