To be honest what we saw on TV made him look like a lite version of Kabir Singh and maybe Sandy sensed it too. If he indeed is worried about Shalin's history with women, he should articulate it better to the people he's allegedly trying to warn.

I agree with your assessments about him and Nimrit. I feel she's the only friend for whom he'll stick his neck out and it wouldn't be wrong to assume as Nimrit would do the same.

He could also let her know things subtly, why use sentences like "I'm a Desi guy,this is not okay with me" or " I don't entertain this kind of behavior when my girl is concerned"

He's making him out to be a control freak by saying these things.

If he detests a woman beater, why even hang around with him? its not like if Saundarya kisses him,she is committing some kinda adultery or getting into a relationship with him .honestly that wasn't even a kiss..a peck on the cheek to be precise..point is it was a very casual thing..she wasn't flirting, neither was he.. Gautam's was a complete over reaction for drama effect..
