I was so disappointed to see this. Sabse important scene ka kachra kar diya. And how did Vidhi know that Dev knows about her feeling? Mujhe laga iss pe related koi scene hoga pehle. But nahin! Koi please logic samjhao mujhe iska!

Toh Dev ko bas rishte ke impractical or impossible hone se problem hai, like he said "mujhse kafi choti ho", but rishte se problem hai yeh toh nahin kaha. He had no issue ki Vidhi aur uska naam saath mein juda (like he is infuriated everytime Amba apna naam jodna chahti hai uske saath, he is so repulsed by it), here he was so cool with his name associated with Vidhi in a rishta. The only problem he had with the impracticality and impossibility of the rishta because of the age gap (that's what I gathered atleast). Any thoughts on this?

Vidhi didn't openly say that she loved him, but hoped for Dev to read between the lines (which he's already done). I think the dialogue that she said- I'll do everything you say and can never say no to you, might have been a tad worrying for Dev because it tells him of the power he now has over Vidhi. He's a good guy and won't abuse it, but there are several others in his position who might.

Vimla gave the game away with her dialogue to Dev at the end- surely Vidhi would've realised that one of her parents approached Dev to convince her about the marriage. 😃 Also, at the start of the episode, they at least showed HP as not wanting to disturb Dev for every small thing.

And the NRI chaps- who barges uninvited late in the evening and says they're going to stay for the night? 🤡 They knock on the door just as HP talks about sankat in his prayer.

And looking at the precap, appears Dev is staying for the night too? 😆

Ye NRI ke naam pe zyada frank ho rha hai chachundar. Isko tabiyat se maarne ki avyashakta hai.

Magar ye aisa na karta to Dev ghar na rukta. To pehle isko ache se nashta karaya jaaye phir ache se maara jaaye.

ye director ka issue hai.. director wants to keep Dev's emotion hanging for as long as they can to meep viewers hooked cause jitna curiosity hogi abr Dev's feelings utna log jyada dekhenge show to know more abt its unfolding.

Director is playing dirty tricks on us poor viewrs...unhe trp chaiye na

i can sit and watch that whole After Offce hours discuss to dissect how Dev changes his mannerism and behavior in front of Vidhi when just 2 are there...

his fumbling, hand movements, nervous body movements are so big of give away he has hard time keeping his feelings under control for her...

IK is the best thing abt this show and how well he portrays Dev, his confusion, his apprehension...❤️

Mostly ye bhi tha ki he was uncomfortable talking to Vidhi about it, only because Vidhi's mom asked him to, he was doing it. Pehle bola tha ki personal baat nahi karni, ab palti Marni padegi, isiliye itna explanation de raha thha.

Waise mann ki baat would also be a factor, but yeh awkwardness I think mostly uncomfortability of the situation ke wajah se thha.

Giveaway for me was uske expression jab Vidhi's mom was saying "ladka ab sabkuch hai, mata pita Ko bhulna hoga", he was trying so hard to maintain a straight face.

Abhi toh I think uski umadti feelings worry ke andar chupi hai. He genuinely thinks he is worried about Vidhi and her future. Usko pata hi nahi uski worry kaunsa shape le rahi hai andar hi andar. Toofan is building up unbeknownst to him.

Actually come to think of it, Dev agar kuch decide kar le, then he is confident of it. Bas uss pakke decision Tak pahunchna hai usse ki pyar matter karta hai, baaki sab secondary hai. It's a long journey though. Hope they do justice to it.

i know everyone here would think i am overreacting.. i cried myself at that scene.. and for both Dev n Vidhi.

felt for Dev.. as how he is restraining himself so badly... all the subtleties of the character and how IK did that scene was oozzing pain n suffering

while Vidhi's it was clear she is forseeing her heartbreak in all possible ways.. she still mustered her courage n said what Dev couldn't even imagine. it must have been so hard for both of them to not to give in the moment.

Devs expressions were like he could just hug her any moment if he stayed in same emotional state...

and made me cry so so bad... i just couldn't take it without tears..🥺

He was so moved by her tears. Usse dekha nahi jaa raha thha. His concern for her but at the same time the restraint, especially now that he knows ki distance banaye rakhna hai, ladki ki feelings ko badhaba nahi dena hai. But at the same time, usko hurt bhi nahin karna hai. He is true to his earlier monologue - "Acha hoga main Vidhi se detach ho jaun par usse hurt kiye bina". He is trying to stay true to it.

ill add to this...

currently Vidhi is all about pursuing this love while Dev is keeping mum and stepping back every time she steps forward.. and this show will be like a journey how both of them to reach the stage as shown in promo.

doubtful Vidhi while Dev all about why are we worrying if we love each other...

@red... wahi to baat hai. this man can shut anyone off.. is like a roaring lion to anyone else but Vidhi ke saamne ekdum chuha banta hai.... his Fumblig gets to me sooo badly i laugh everytime he fumbles and does all hand movement... he tries so hard to mask his inner feelings with those exaggerated physical expressions..
