Hema is vile and entitled too. She once blamed family of an accident victim who died in a crash when her suv collided with their vehicle. Even if what she said technically wasn’t wrong but the timing and how she phrased her words was very insensitive.

Kangana is certainly arrogant but I think Hema would win not only because of the accident but the way she blamed suicide victims after Pratyusha Banerjee's suicide was disgusting.
