I voted for Ajay Devgan.

Saif at his best (circa 2001-2006) is the best star-actor in BW post Big B. He has pretty much been coasting through since then but he was awesome in his prime.

Devgan is good in a limited sorta way.

Akki is great fun in his harami roles but is not a serious actor.

My vote goes to Saif.
